Samsung sold 400,000 to 500,000 units of Galaxy Fold

Gao Dongzhen, president of Samsung Mobile Division, said at CES 2020 that Samsung Galaxy Fold folding screen mobile phones actually sold about 400,000 to 500,000 units. In December of last year, Samsung executive Sun Yingquan claimed that Samsung ’s sales of folding screen mobile phones exceeded 1 million units.

Samsung has previously said that it expects to sell 500,000 Galaxy Fold phones worldwide this year. The phone is powered by Octa-core (2.84 GHz, Single core, Kryo 485 + 2.42 GHz, Tri core, Kryo 485 + 1.7 GHz, Quad core, Kryo 485) processor. It runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Chipset. It has 12 GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage.

Samsung Galaxy Fold smartphone has a Dynamic AMOLED display. It measures 160.9 mm x 117.9 mm x 7.6 mm and weighs 276 grams. The screen has a resolution of 1536 x 2152 pixels and 362 ppi pixel density. On camera front, the buyers get a 10 MP + 8 MP Dual Front Cameras and on the rear, there’s an 12MP + 12MP + 16MP camera with features like 10 x Digital Zoom, 2 x Optical Zoom, Auto Flash, Touch to focus. It is backed by a 4380 mAh battery.
