OnePlus 6 and 6T again starts receiving Android 10 stable update

OnePlus has now once again started rolling out the latest Android 10 OS-based OxygenOS 10.1.0 update for the OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T smartphones. This update doesn’t bring any new features compared to the OxygenOS 10.0 but fixes a number of issues that were present with the original update.

The users getting October security patch and the company has also fixed the fingerprint recognition issue. The company has also improved the camera performance on the devices along with fixing several known issues. Further, the company has also mentioned in the changelog that it has fixed the 5GHz Wi-Fi connectivity issue.

To install the update manually, you’ll need to download ZIP file to the root folder, and then update via the Settings of the device.
